MostProductsUnderinvest
InVisualAssets.

The difference between a product that looks premium and one that looks cheap is usually just one thing — the quality of its visuals.

Stock Assets & DIY

iStock photos, Canva templates, and premade icon packs — used by hundreds of other products simultaneously. Your brand looks identical to your competitor's brand.

Same visuals your competitors use
No brand consistency across assets
Resolution issues at different sizes
Cannot be customised without breaking
Template watermarks missed in production
Communicates that your product is not serious.
Inconsistent Freelancers

One person makes the logo, another makes the banner, a third makes the social posts — and nothing looks like it belongs to the same brand.

Individual asset quality can be high
Fast for one-off requests
~Zero visual consistency across assets
~No master brand file to reference
~Handoff quality varies wildly
Good for a single asset. Broken for a brand.
CipherBitz Visual Design

Every asset produced from a single brand source file — logo, color tokens, typography, and illustration style defined once and applied consistently across every asset we create. One visual language. Every output.

All assets from a single brand source file
Every file Figma-structured and named
Correct resolution and format for every use
Consistent visual language across all outputs
We designed six live products — this is our proof
This is how we create visual assets.

Every visual asset across NextGirl, AskBLR, MNCJob, FreeBill, FinCalc, and NammaHubballi was created by us — icons, banners, product graphics, social content, and brand assets. All six products look visually consistent because they share a single design discipline. That is what we bring to your product.

WHAT WE CREATE

Six Visual Asset Disciplines.
One Consistent Brand.

Every discipline produces assets from the same source file — so your logo, your icons, your banners, and your mockups all look like they were made by the same person, because they were.

HOW WE PRODUCE

Five Production Phases.
Zero Asset Chaos.

Every asset brief, concept, execution, and export follows the same structured process. No random revision loops. No lost files. No inconsistent outputs.

Every project begins with a brand audit. If we do not understand your visual language first, we cannot produce assets that belong to your product — we would just be making graphics.

Phase 1 of 5
1

Brand Audit & Asset Inventory

Day 1–2

Before creating anything, we audit what already exists — your current logo files, brand colors, any past design work, and the visual quality of your competitors. We identify what to keep, what to replace, and what is missing entirely.

Existing asset audit document
Competitor visual analysis (3 references)
Asset production scope confirmed and agreed
2

Build the Brand Source File

Day 3–5

A single master Figma file containing your logo suite, color tokens, typography scale, spacing system, and visual style guide. Every asset we produce from this point forward is built on top of this file — ensuring permanent visual consistency.

Master brand Figma source file
Color palette with hex, RGB, and CMYK values
Typography pairing and scale defined
3

Asset Concept & Visual Direction

Week 2

For illustration, pattern, and campaign assets — two directions presented before execution. You choose the direction, we execute. No surprises after 3 weeks of production work.

Two visual direction concepts (Figma)
One approved direction before execution starts
Asset production schedule agreed
4

Asset Production

Week 2–4

Full asset production from the approved direction — every icon, banner, mockup, social template, illustration, and document produced to specification. Two structured revision rounds included. All files named, organised, and documented.

All assets produced in Figma (all states)
Two revision rounds included
Consistent naming convention throughout
5

Export Pack & Handoff

Week 4–5

Every asset exported in every required format and resolution — SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF — organised by asset type in a structured delivery folder. Figma source files included. A naming guide documents every file for your team.

What We Do NOT Do
We do not do 3D product rendering, CGI, or photorealistic visualisation — such as packaging mockups with physically-based rendering or product photography compositing.
We do not produce video or motion graphics longer than 30 seconds. Short Lottie animations and web transitions yes. Full video production is a separate service.
We do not guarantee that visual assets will improve conversion rates. We design with conversion intent and visual best practice. Results depend on many factors beyond design.
We do not create AI-generated images or use AI art tools for client deliverables. Every asset we produce is hand-crafted in Figma or Adobe — no midjourney outputs.
