✦ DESIGN THAT CONVERTS

Design Is NotDecoration. It Is Your First Impression.

Users judge your product in 0.05 seconds. They cannot tell you why they left they just did. We design interfaces, brands, and systems that make users stay, trust, and convert. Not because it looks nice. Because every design decision serves a purpose.

Figma-to-Code Design System

Most 'Design Work' Is
Just Making Things Pretty.

Here is the difference between a designer who makes things look nice and a design partner who makes products perform.

Freelance Designer
Delivers beautiful screens in Figma. Cannot explain why a button is that size, why that color was chosen, or how to maintain consistency across 40 screens.
  • No design system — just screens
  • Inconsistent spacing and type scale
  • Cannot hand off to a developer cleanly
  • No conversion or UX logic behind choices
  • Falls apart when product grows
Fine for a single-page redesign. Fatal for a product.
Design Agency
Structured process, beautiful deliverables. But the design lives in their heads and their tools — and costs triple when you need an update six months later.
  • Polished design quality
  • Brand guidelines included
  • ~ No consideration for developer handoff
  • ~ Expensive revisions for small changes
  • ~ Design system exists only in Figma
Good for brand campaigns. Costly for live products.
CipherBitz Design
Design built for engineers to implement and products to scale. Every decision documented, every component built in code, every spacing token defined. We designed six live products — and then built them. That is the difference.
  • Full design system — tokens, components, docs
  • Developer handoff in Figma with specs
  • Every decision has a UX rationale
  • Built in real products — not just mockups
  • Figma-to-code workflow included
This is how we design.
We designed and built NextGirl, AskBLR, MNCJob, FreeBill, FinCalc, and NammaHubballi. Every interface, every component, every brand decision — made by us and serving real users daily. We design for screens that ship, not screens that sit in Figma forever.

Six Design Disciplines.
One Visual Language.

Every discipline connects to the others. Brand informs UI. UI informs motion. Motion reinforces brand. That is a design system.

SVC 01
Brand Identity & Visual System
Logo, color palette, typography, iconography, and usage guidelines — built as a living system, not a one-time PDF. Every brand decision documented with the 'why' so your team can apply it consistently without us.
  • Logo suite (primary, secondary, favicon, dark/light)
  • Color system with accessible contrast ratios
  • Typography scale and pairing guide
  • Brand guidelines PDF + Figma library
→ NextGirl, NammaHubballi, CipherBitz.com
02
SVC 02
UI/UX Design for Web & Mobile
User interface design grounded in UX research — user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes. Every screen designed with a conversion goal, not just an aesthetic goal.
  • User flow diagrams and wireframes
  • High-fidelity Figma screens (all states)
  • Interactive Figma prototype for testing
  • Developer handoff file with specs + assets
→ AskBLR, MNCJob, FreeBill
03
SVC 03
Design Systems & Component Libraries
A single source of truth for every UI element — buttons, forms, cards, modals, navigation, and data display. Built in Figma and mirrored in code so design and development never diverge as your product grows.
  • Full component library in Figma
  • Design tokens (color, spacing, type, radius)
  • Interaction states for every component
  • Code-ready documentation
→ CipherBitz platform design system
04
SVC 04
Motion Design & UI Animation
GSAP and CSS animation systems that make interfaces feel alive without being distracting. Page transitions, micro-interactions, scroll animations, and loading states — all designed for purpose, not just for effect.
  • Animation specification document
  • GSAP animation system implementation
  • Micro-interaction library (hover, focus, active)
  • Reduced-motion compliant variants
→ CipherBitz.com, NextGirl homepage
05
SVC 05
Landing Pages & Conversion Design
High-converting landing pages designed around a single goal. Every element — headline, visual hierarchy, CTA placement, social proof — positioned to guide the visitor toward one clear action. Tested, not assumed.
  • Above-fold design with hero visual
  • Conversion-focused section hierarchy
  • CTA placement and button copy strategy
  • Mobile-first responsive layouts
→ FinCalc, FreeBill product pages
06
SVC 06
Pitch Decks & Presentation Design
Investor decks, product presentations, and sales materials that look like they came from a top-tier studio — because the design communicates confidence before you say a single word.
  • Slide deck in Figma (Keynote export ready)
  • Branded slide system (reusable templates)
  • Data visualization design for metrics
  • Presentation-ready asset pack
→ CipherBitz partner and client decks

Five Phases.
No Guesswork.

Every project follows this process. No phase is skipped. Each ends with a deliverable you review before we proceed.

Design decisions made without rationale are just opinions. Every decision we make has a documented reason behind it.
Phase 1 of 5
1

Discovery & Creative Brief

Day 1–2

Before opening Figma, we understand your audience, your competition, your brand personality, and exactly what action you want users to take. Design without a brief is guesswork — we do not guess.

  • Brand discovery questionnaire completed
  • Competitor visual analysis (3–5 brands)
  • Creative brief document signed off
2

Mood Board & Visual Direction

Day 3–5

Three visual directions presented — each a distinct design personality for your brand or product. You choose one direction, we refine it. No surprises after 30 days of design work.

  • Three mood board directions (Figma)
  • Typography direction per option
  • One approved visual direction before proceeding
3

Design Execution

Week 2–4

High-fidelity screens, components, and brand assets built from the approved direction. Two rounds of revisions included. Every screen covers all states: default, hover, active, loading, empty, error.

  • All screens in Figma (complete, all states)
  • Component library built and documented
  • Two revision rounds included
4

Interactive Prototype & Review

Week 4–5

Clickable prototype built in Figma — your team and stakeholders can experience the product before a single line of code is written. Feedback captured in one structured review session — not rolling changes.

  • Interactive Figma prototype (share link)
  • Stakeholder feedback session facilitated
  • Final design locked and signed off
5

Developer Handoff & Export

Week 5–6

Every screen annotated with spacing, font sizes, colors, and interaction notes. Assets exported in all required formats. Design tokens exported for code. A designer is available during development to answer implementation questions.

  • Figma handoff with all specs annotated
  • Asset export pack (SVG, PNG, WebP, ico)
  • Design tokens JSON for developer use

Tools We Work With.
No Buzzword Portfolio.

Every tool listed is something we use daily — in our own products and in client work. Not a list we built to look impressive.

What We Do NOT Do

We do not do print-only design work — packaging, physical branding, or offset printing. Our work is screen-first and digital.

We do not produce 3D product renders or photography. We direct visual identity; we do not replace a product photographer.

We do not guarantee conversion rate improvements — we design with conversion intent, measure baseline vs result, and report honestly.

We do not offer unlimited revisions. Two structured revision rounds are included. Additional rounds are scoped and quoted separately before any work begins.
